About the Role:

You will support data-driven decision-making by analyzing data. This data includes business, public, and open source data. You will resolve data quality and integrity issues. You will create accurate and insightful reports. You will develop dashboards and visualizations to share with our organization. You will support research projects and Marketing Operations and provide insights to our decision-makers. You will report to the Senior Manager - Marketing Intelligence & Insights and use a hybrid work schedule.

You Will:

  • Gather, clean, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and produce applicable insights.
  • Define Segmentation models across our propositions, programs and audiences.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure confidence in a single source of truth.
  • Develop data modeling and data appending from multiple sources to provide a deeper understanding and personalisations.
  • Help dentify status or membership type changes for members or students.
  • Establish and implement best practice, and roll out training relating to Data sharing requests to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Design dashboards and reports that track performance using relevant tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
  • Use data visualization to present complex data.
  • Deliver new ways of applying technology and automation in reporting.
  • Provide support to Marketing operations to ensure their data sources are reliable and promote automation and streamlined customer journeys.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience building dashboards and delivery insights to business teams
  • Experience using Python and Power BI for advanced modeling
  • Experience with SQL
