We are seeking an Advanced Data Analyst to join our global analytics team. In this role, you will play a key part in our transition to a modern data ecosystem, leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Snowflake.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions while supporting the migration and modernization of our existing analytics portfolio.

This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise, business acumen, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption and value realization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders (Sales, Services, Marketing) to understand analytical needs and translate them into scalable solutions.

  • Drive the design and development of dashboards and data products using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

  • Contribute to analytics platform migration and modernization efforts, ensuring continuity and improvement of analytical capabilities.

  • Develop and maintain data models leveraging Snowflake and modern data architectures.

  • Define technical requirements and data structures to support analytics use cases.

  • Apply statistical analysis and visualization techniques to generate actionable insights.

  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across analytics solutions.

  • Create and maintain documentation, including dashboard definitions and user training materials.

  • Collaborate across IT, data engineering, and business teams to align on data architecture and priorities.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to drive data literacy and adoption of new analytics platforms.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.

  • Strong, proven hands-on experience with:

    • Microsoft Power BI (e.g., data modeling, DAX queries, creating dashboards/reports using enterprise data)

    • Microsoft Fabric

    • Programming experience (e.g., SQL Python)

  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, Spotfire) is a plus.

  • Experience with business intelligence platform migrations to Power BI/establishing Power BI environments is highly desirable.

  • Understanding of enterprise data systems (e.g., SAP, CRM) and data integration concepts.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a global environment.

  • Ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementation.

  • Experience working in cross-functional and transformation-driven environments.

  • Self-driven, structured, and comfortable operating in evolving environments.

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
