Job description

Mid-level Training Content Developer

Position is contingent upon contract award.

Location: Laurel, MD at Ft. Meade.

Responsibilities
  • Supports the design, development, configuration management, review and maintenance of cyber training content. This includes but is not limited to cyber range VMs, networks, applications, documentation, offensive and defensive cyber concepts and TTPs, videos and exams.
  • Apply a variety of training concepts into solutions that satisfy requirements.
  • Understands the trainee audience and adapts training to their specific requirements and skillsets.
  • Informs decisions on how to best apply training across a variety of mediums including, but not limited to video, online, documents, and in person.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Required Degree/Education/Certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or another related field.
  • CISSP certification required.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Must have a minimum of five (5) years of training content development experience in a secure DoD environment.
  • Experience with cyber training content.
  • Experience developing and/or applying training across a variety of mediums.
Required Citizenship and Clearance
  • United States Citizenship required. (Green Card not acceptable)
  • Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
