Director of Clinical Training & Education- Animal Health

Position Overview
ImmutriX (DBA. AimaLojic) is seeking a clinically driven and customer-focused Director of Clinical Training & Education to lead training, onboarding, and clinical education initiatives for the AimaLojic platform. This role will partner closely with customers, Sales, and Operations to ensure successful implementation, confident clinical use, and long-term adoption of hemoperfusion therapy.This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to build and lead a growing Clinical Training & Education team as the company expands.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Training & Customer Support
  • Deliver on-site and virtual training for veterinary teams using the AimaLojic platform
  • Support clinics during initial treatments and provide guidance on workflows, troubleshooting, and best practices
  • Assist hospitals with hemoperfusion protocols and patient management strategies
  • Serve as a clinical resource for treatment-related questions and escalations
Sales & Practice Development
  • Partner with Sales during evaluations, demos, trials, and onboarding activities
  • Collaborate with Practice Development to identify training opportunities that increase utilization and customer success
  • Provide clinical expertise throughout the customer adoption process
Education & Program Development
  • Create and improve training materials, clinical guides, and educational resources
  • Deliver ongoing internal education for Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Support the growth and scalability of the Clinical Training & Education function
Qualifications
  • Strong background in veterinary critical care, emergency medicine, dialysis, CRRT, or hemoperfusion
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to train and simplify complex clinical concepts for veterinary teams
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent required; advanced clinical education or certification preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in veterinary critical care or related clinical settings
  • Previous experience in clinical education, training, or medical device support preferred
  • Willingness to travel
