Job Summary:
Project Coordinator role supports overall fundraising efforts through the coordination of projects, timelines, and communications for a Grateful Patient Program, annual giving initiatives and fundraising events. This role is a key partner to the development team, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, accurately and on schedule.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
Minimum 2 years experience in fundraising and donor relations with demonstrated communication and project oversight experience.
Donor database/Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (Raiser's Edge), preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Bachelors degree.
Preferred degree in communications, business, or health care.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident and professional with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Highly organized, detail oriented, collaborative and comfortable managing multiple priorities and projects.
