Job description

This position is located with the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Office of Facility Management and Construction in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
This position is located in the Division of Facilities Management and Construction, Branch of Asset Management. Provides facility, asset and property management and business processes associated with facilities, internal controls and operations and maintenance and capital investment portfolio management.Qualifications:EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Your resume must demonstrate at least (1) year of full-time specialized experience comparable in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-13 grade level that equipped you with the knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of this position. Examples include: The ability to independently analyze, develop, evaluate, coordinate, and improve programs, policies, and business processes associated with facilities, internal controls, reporting, condition assessments, deferred maintenance, Operations and Maintenance (O&M), and capital investment portfolio management.
All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement.
Merit Promotion candidates must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the announcement closing date.
