Job Summary
Make a difference in Yuba County schools while enjoying a flexible, on-call schedule.
Yuba County Office of Education is looking for dependable, caring, and service-minded Classified Substitutes to support students, staff, and school operations throughout the 2026-2 7school year.
Substitute assignments may be available in the following areas:
* Clerical and office support
* Custodial support
* Secretary support
* Paraeducator support in Special Education
* Paraeducator support in Alternative Education
Classified substitutes are an important part of our school communities. Whether you are helping a front office run smoothly, supporting a clean and safe campus, or assisting students in the classroom, your work helps create a positive, welcoming, and productive environment for students and staff.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy variety, teamwork, and meaningful work that supports local education. Assignments are on call, as needed, at various sites in Yuba County.
