Full-Time Education Coordinator Wanted

Sister centres, Oxford Learning Kanata & Stittsville are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Education Coordinator to join our dynamic team and work between both locations. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while fostering strong relationships. You will play a crucial role in managing projects and accounts, contributing to the overall success of our services in the education sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Work with kids and their families to help students of all ages achieve academic success. Oxford Learning programs impart new approaches to learning, designed to last a lifetime. We teach students from pre-school to post-secondary levels how to learn, concentrate, listen, remember. But most importantly, to believe in themselves as they reach their academic dreams.

Job details:

This role is in-person. You must be able to commute to this location. This is not an online job. Relocation packages are not available.

Vulnerable sector screening is mandatory.

Responsibilities (Position Details):

As the Education Coordinator you participate in the centre's operations, including working with multiple people from centre staff to teachers, to parents, and of course, the students! You will work directly with the Centre Director as a key staff member with the following responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Manage client accounts, including onboarding new clients and maintaining ongoing relationships
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful completion of client projects.
  • Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track client interactions and project progress.
  • Assessing and programming students, student report writing and delivery.

We encourage you to apply if you have the majority of the following requirements:

Education:

  • Completion of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • French an asset

Experience:

  • Strong customer service & sales skills with a proven ability to build rapport with clients - kids and parents.
  • Excellent written communication skills (reporting, client communications, etc.)
  • Experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - this includes student assessment and programming.
  • Proficient in analyzing data to drive decisions and improve client satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of education services is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
