Special Education Teacher **Life Skills Classroom**
Location: Hoquiam, WA
Model: Full-time | On-site
School Year: 2026–2027

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is looking for dedicated and motivated Special Education Teachers to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. We partner with school districts across the country, providing school-based opportunities for Special Education Teachers in a variety of settings.

We area creative and innovative team, and we'd love for you to join us in providing essential services to students across the country. From our leadership team to the clinicians, we work together to support each other, make an impact, and create a work environment that fosters collaboration and success.

What You'll Be Doing*:

  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
  • Provide direct instruction to students with disabilities, ensuring access to the general education curriculum.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
  • Monitor and assess students' progress toward IEP goals, adjusting instruction as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding special education services.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to the development of goals and objectives.
  • Provide behavioral support and intervention strategies for students with emotional and behavioral challenges.
  • Foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports all students' social, emotional, and academic growth.
