POSITION AVAILABLE: Full time and/or Part Time positions for the 2026-2027 School Year

SALARY RANGE: $52,463 - $96,111/annually (prorated based upon hire date)

Based on level of education and full years of licensed teaching experience.

QUALIFICATIONS: Current Minnesota PELSB license in appropriate area preferred and/or required: Grade K-12 Autism Spectrum Disorders or Academic Behavior Strategist

RPS makes an effort to hire teachers with a full standard license in the assigned subject and/or grade level.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior successful experience in urban, multicultural education desirable.

Demonstrates continued professional development through course work, research, peer collaboration, and/or job-embedded staff development.

Working knowledge of the subject matter, classroom management techniques, current researched best practices and strategies, as well as students' learning styles and needs, both academic and affective.
