Location: Various locations across Florida The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Manage the recruitment and selection process. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs. Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.

Handle employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
