This role is designed for a self-directed sales professional who thrives on identifying new opportunities and initiating high-value conversations. Beyond digital outreach, you will serve as a brand ambassador at industry events, bridging the gap between cold prospecting and face-to-face networking. This is a vital position that ensures our senior sales team has a consistent pipeline of qualified leads to drive the agency's expansion across multiple verticals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social platforms to generate fresh interest.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on budget, timeline, and strategic service fit.
  • Maintain meticulous pipeline hygiene by logging all activities, notes, and next steps in HubSpot.
  • Facilitate seamless handoffs of qualified leads to the senior sales team with comprehensive context.
  • Represent the agency at local and occasional national conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Leverage AI tools to optimize outreach workflows and increase prospecting efficiency.
  • Stay current on the agency's service offerings and market positioning to effectively communicate value to prospects.
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs, including call volume, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR, specifically within a digital marketing agency or a closely related service environment.
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting with a structured approach to personalization at scale.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM (or equivalent) and a disciplined approach to documentation.
  • Based in or near the Las Vegas area (including Henderson or Reno) and able to travel for events as needed.
  • Active proficiency with AI tools, with the ability to demonstrate how they are integrated into your sales workflow.
  • Excellent communication skills-personable, articulate, and able to qualify prospects efficiently without over-pitching.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Foundational knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, paid social, and content strategy.
  • An existing professional network within the Las Vegas business or marketing community.
  • Prior experience supporting a sales team in a flexible, part-time, or contract capacity.
  • High comfort level with public speaking or professional networking in high-energy event environments.

Benefits
Fully remote role with flexible working hours
Work with high-growth international companies
Clear career progression to Account Executive and beyond
Performance-based bonuses and incentives
Direct hire with global clients (not outsourced)
Ongoing training, mentorship, and sales development support
