Lead Marketing Strategist

Your Responsibilities

The Lead Marketing Strategist will continue building out of School Harbor's outbound marketing experience and delivery services to clients.

  • Automate and templatize School Harbor's products and services.
  • Build new services, develop buyer profiles, and execute targeted campaigns.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features, updates, and expansions.
  • Drive the execution of new product releases, feature updates, and market expansions from conception to post-launch reporting.
  • Outbound marketing: Design, execute, and oversee multi-channel campaigns (content marketing, email, social media, paid media, webinars, field events, and phone campaigns) to generate high-quality leads.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for launches, monitor acquisition metrics, and use data to continuously optimize our funnel.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and customer interviews to distill complex product features into simple, value-driven messaging.

Who You Are

  • 4-6 years of marketing or sales experience, ideally with a fast-paced B2B or B2C digital marketing experience, SaaS sector, an edtech environment or start up highly preferred.
  • You are interested in digital transformation, SEO, website rebranding, paid media and social media management.
  • Strategic Executioner: You can think about the big-picture positioning but are equally excited to write the email copy, build the landing page, and pull the metrics yourself.
  • An Exceptional Communicator: You can write compelling copy and have a knack for turning technical jargon into human, benefit-driven language.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: You are a go-getter and can work in a fast-changing startup environment where priorities evolve, and you aren't afraid to test, learn and iterate quickly.
