The Per Diem Field Sales Support Professional will assist the Sales Organization in driving customer engagement and revenue growth across assigned territories. This role provides flexible, as-needed support for field activities including events, school visits, and customer meetings. The ideal candidate brings education experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to represent Learning Without Tears with confidence in front of educators and administrators.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Support the Sales Organization with territory-based sales activities
  • Attend and represent Learning Without Tears at conferences, trade shows, and regional events
  • Deliver product demonstrations and facilitate hands-on experiences for educators
  • Assist with school and district meetings, both in-person and virtual
  • Capture and document leads, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up
  • Support outreach efforts tied to campaigns, events, and strategic initiatives
  • Build relationships with teachers, administrators, and district leaders
  • Provide product knowledge and respond to customer questions
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and interactions in company systems
  • Share feedback from the field including customer insights, objections, and market trends

Your Experience & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in education, curriculum, or edtech strongly preferred
  • Prior teaching or instructional experience a plus
  • Experience in a customer-facing or sales support role preferred
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to engage and influence educators and decision-makers
  • Comfortable presenting to both small and large groups
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
  • Professional presence and customer-focused mindset
  • Field-based role requiring local travel to schools, districts, and events
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during events and presentations
  • Ability to lift and transport materials up to 25 pounds
  • Occasional evening or weekend work based on event schedules. This is a per diem, as-needed position based on territory demand. Hours will vary depending on event schedules and sales priorities
  • Travel reimbursement will be provided in accordance with company policy
