We are a small, collaborative team committed to innovation, lifelong learning, and growth—both for our company and our team members.


We are seeking an Account Manager who will be responsible for driving sales and adoption of TCI’s programs in targeted districts. As an Account Manager, you will:

  • Build relationships with educational decision-makers
  • Uncover district needs and match our products to district requirements
  • Promote and sell TCI’s programs through customer meetings, product demonstrations, face-to-face presentations, and awareness workshops
  • Conduct engaging presentations for adoption committees, administrators, and pilot teachers, both in person and virtually
  • Support districts by conducting teacher orientations and trainings
  • Provide ongoing support to adopting districts to ensure teacher satisfaction
  • Take initiative to develop new sales territory by attending events and conferences, meeting with key stakeholders, completing awareness calls, and generating leads.
  • Track sales and keep organized by utilizing Salesforce, Google Suite products, and other TCI tools
Requirements:
  • Want to make a difference in how teachers teach and students learn
  • Have experience as a social studies or science teacher in a school environment
  • Have experience using TCI materials in the classroom for a minimum of 2 years
  • Love to present in-person and virtually, and are a natural communicator
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and maximize sales goals
  • Self-starter and organizational wizard working from your home office
  • Able to travel 50% of the time and live near a city with a major airport
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Must have reliable internet access to conduct presentations virtually

This is a full-time remote position. The pay range for this position is between $70,000 and $95,000 annually. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related experience, skills, and location. An annual bonus plan is provided as part of the compensation package. TCI offers medical, dental, vision, 401k benefits, PTO and bonus eligibility.
