Wire &/Or RAM EDM Specialist – Precision With Purpose

Do you thrive on producing critical parts with razor-sharp precision? AtKMM Group, Ltd., our Wire EDM Specialists don’t just cut metal—they carve the path to innovation in medical and aerospace technology. We’re seeking a skilledWire &/Or RAM EDM Set Up & Operations Specialistwho takes pride in high-precision craftsmanship, continuous improvement, and work that truly matters.

????What You’ll Do:

  • Set up and operate Mitsubishi Wire EDM machines &/Or Makino EDM’s for complex, tight-tolerance parts

  • Read and interpret blueprints, routers, and setup sheets to plan jobs with accuracy

  • Modify NC Code to enhance process performance and quality

  • Conduct in-process inspections and final verifications to ensure conformance to specs

  • Troubleshoot setups and recommend improvements to tooling, fixtures, and techniques

  • Maximize lights-out EDM productivity through strategic planning and maintenance

✅What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Wire EDM &/Or RAM EDM experience in a high-precision manufacturing environment

  • Strong knowledge of Mitsubishi, Makino or similar EDM NC Code and controls

  • Vocational or apprenticeship background preferred; high school diploma required

  • Ability to inspect your own work to exacting tolerances and specifications
