Position Overview:

The Marketing Intern supports the Branch Manager in executing marketing, communications, and community engagement initiatives that increase local brand awareness and support branch growth. This role assists with the planning, coordination, and execution of branch-sponsored events, community outreach programs, and networking opportunities that foster meaningful connections within the communities served by the branch.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of branch-sponsored events, including community outreach initiatives, car shows, veteran-focused programs, and local networking events.
  • Support the Branch Manager with a variety of marketing, communications, and community engagement projects that promote branch growth and brand awareness.
  • Develop and create content for social media, event promotions, and community partnerships to increase local visibility.
  • Help build relationships with local organizations, businesses, and community groups to strengthen partnerships and expand outreach opportunities.
  • Represent CCM at community events and assist with attendee engagement and follow-up activities designed to foster long-term customer loyalty and trust.
  • Research, identify, and recommend promotional items, marketing materials, and branding opportunities that align with CCM's brand and enhance customer experience.
  • Work primarily weekends, with on-site attendance approximately 1 to 2 weekdays per week as business needs require.

Qualificationsand Skills:

  • Pursuing a career in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • Experience in marketing related coursework, professional networks, or internships.
  • Interest in community outreach, event marketing, and relationship building.
  • Creative content creation skills, including photography, videography, and basic video editing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
