Job Description
Our Experience Design team crafts digital experiences people love to use. We are collaborators and innovators who thrive in multidisciplinary teams. We can start from a blank page and help realize the vision for a great experience, and aren't afraid to get our hands dirty making that vision a reality.
Our experience runs the gamut from site to mobile, eCom to campaign, marketing to editorial to product (AI powered and non), with one foot in beautiful visual expressions and the other in rock-solid user experience. At heart we are designers who love creating new, meaningful experiences and are well versed in the practice of modern digital experience creation.
You will play a central role within a fun and supportive Experience Design team spanning UX, content, visual design and code. You will collaborate closely with strategy, technology, and leadership to align user needs and system decisions with technical constraints and business goals. You will help set direction and shared expectations for design work in a fast-changing landscape - maintaining high craft, cohesion, and quality across all outputs.
Sound good? Good.
Qualifications
Must haves:
  • A portfolio full of beautiful, usable experiences designed across devices and contexts - with clear evidence of systems thinking at scale
  • Experience building and scaling design systems, with demonstrable production experience with Figma variables, tokens, and component libraries.
  • Hybrid design chops: strong UX fundamentals paired with refined visual design craft. The ability to explore rapidly and build polished solutions, often in the same conversation.
  • Mastery of visual design principles: color, typography, illustration, motion, and the details that make the difference between good and great
  • Curiosity about AI tools and trends. Exploration with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) for ideation, research, or exploration
  • Serious attention to detail - we move fast, and precision matters
  • Ability to think holistically about an experience to ensure user and business needs are met
  • Comfort sketching and riffing ideas with a team
  • Good design judgment when things are unclear, and the ability to explain your thinking to the team
  • Desire to continuously learn and grow
  • At least 5 years designing digital experiences, with real time spent on platform, enterprise, or systems-level work

Strongly preferred:
  • Advanced prototyping capabilities that go well beyond the basics
  • Experience designing AI-powered products, with the instinct to treat AI as a platform capability rather than a one-off feature
  • Understanding of human-in-the-loop design principles and how to make them a core, lasting part of a system
  • A design sensibility that integrates ethics, accessibility, and transparency
  • Strong written and presentation skills that showcase passion and informed opinions
  • Experience in discovery-based activities, user research, and agile processes
  • Experience partnering with other capabilities to strategize, design and build the work
  • Curiosity for (or deep immersion in) the technology of modern experiences
  • Independent organization and time management skills to work across multiple projects at once
Nice to have
  • Basic understanding of front-end concepts (HTML, CSS)
  • Agency, product, or platform experience - ideally a mix
  • Background in HCI, Human Factors, or interaction design
