Featuring ultra luxe fashion profiles, restaurants, and the season's must-have accessories from the world's top writers and stylists.

Job Description

Copy edit and fact check all content for FelixTV including editorial features, blog posts, slideshows, headlines/display copy, multimedia, and marketing copy

Query appropriate writers and editors to resolve any issues with copy

Work closely with editorial, design, photo, and production departments to ensure the quality and timeliness of the site's publishes, including keeping track of the status and flow of all copy, and, as the last editorial eye, reviewing and signing off on all content before it is aired

Maintain and periodically update all FelixTV editing resources and guides to make sure they are accurate and reflect any changes

Qualifications

A passion for men's and women's economic opportunities

Must be a full or part-time student and working toward a degree (Communications, film/media, etc.)

Must be eligible to receive school credit and commit to 2-3 days a week for 3 months or a college graduate with 1+ years experience

Excellent command of the English language

Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines

Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously

Ability to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment with competing deadlines and priorities

Integrity, honesty, openness and a willingness to operate as a team player

Conscientious, detail-oriented, and efficient, impeccable understanding of grammar and good writing

Strong editing and research/fact checking experience in very fast-paced digital environment

Proficient in Chicago Mannual of Style, MS Word, InCopy/InDesgin, MAC/PC platforms

Proficient in using Vimeo 

Experience with HTML and content management systems

Fast, accurate and the ability to prioritize
