YOU WILL BE As Senior Group Manager, you are responsible for a group of departments within a store, facilitating partnerships across departments and driving towards goals to build a customer-focused sales experience.

Lead a team of multiple Managers and Store Associates. Oversee all aspects of merchandise with merchant teams and vendor partners. Collaborate with partners. Fulfill store Senior Leadership responsibilities including business analysis, creation and implementation of strategies. Achieve maximum sales growth following company vision and values. Work nights, weekends, and holidays. WHAT YOU WILL BRING A customer focused mindset. Sales analytics, business strategy, knowledge of market.

Effective verbal and written communication skills. MS Office Suite, prioritization, and conflict management skills. Respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
