Franklin Dental Care & Dentures is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Media Intern to support the visibility, reputation, and community presence of our high-volume dental practice in Franklin, OH. In this role, you will assist in executing structured social media strategies and grassroots outreach initiatives that help expand brand awareness and strengthen community engagement.

You will work directly under the Marketing Manager while presenting ideas, campaign concepts, and structured proposals to CEO Dr. Turab Rai. This internship is designed for individuals who want real responsibility and measurable impact. Marketing in our organization supports patient trust, education, and growth within a fast-paced Medicaid healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and capable of operating within structured systems while contributing creative ideas.

This is a self-driven role, meaning you are expected to work independently, manage responsibilities without constant supervision, and take initiative in completing tasks once trained.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, drafting, and scheduling social media content (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads).
  • Capture photo and short-form video content within the office while adhering to HIPAA and compliance guidelines.
  • Draft captions, short scripts, and content outlines aligned with brand voice.
  • Support outreach initiatives to increase community awareness, including local events, schools, nonprofit partnerships, and health fairs.
  • Research community events and recommend outreach opportunities.
  • Track engagement metrics and assist with basic performance reporting (reach, engagement, inquiries).
  • Maintain organized digital folders for marketing assets in Google Drive.
  • Assist with Google review engagement strategies.
  • Brainstorm campaign ideas and present structured proposals to leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing workflows and suggest system enhancements.
