The Opportunity

We are looking for a Brand Expression Senior Designer - Digital Commerce & Content to join us at our Winton Hill Business Center located in Cincinnati, OH. As a Senior Digital Designer, you will lead a digital content team and create high-impact assets for Charmin, Bounty, and Puffs. Combining strong design expertise with strategic leadership, you elevate creative quality, set design standards, and drive results. You'll manage high-volume asset production with efficiency and quality, scale AI tools and workflows to boost creative output, and contribute to optimizing the physical content studio. You'll ensure clear briefs, maintain smooth operations and inspire the team within a fast-paced studio.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the concept development and execution of creative across digital media, social, and eContent channels.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers and production managers, providing guidance and support to deliver effective, on-brand creative solutions.
  • Oversee high-volume asset production to ensure speed, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Drive improvements in the content studio's processes and scale AI-powered design tools to increase efficiency and creativity.
  • Develop and translate design briefs into impactful, performance-driven creative work in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain project workflows and scheduling systems to track progress and allocate resources effectively.
  • Coordinate team activities, monitor workloads, and adjust assignments to optimize productivity.
  • Facilitate clear communication within the team and across departments to align on goals and priorities.
  • Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Communicate regular updates on project status, resource availability, and team capacity to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Bring forward creative ideas and insights beyond briefs to foster innovation.
  • Analyze asset performance.

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in digital or graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, insight-driven work across channels and formats.
  • Mastery of design fundamentals including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring designers in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry-standard design tools.
  • Skilled at evolving and enforcing brand systems while keeping content fresh and engaging.
  • Understanding of file optimization techniques, including load speed, formats, and compression.
  • Ability to think strategically and uncover the insights that lead to effective creative and business solutions.
  • Ability to work onsite at our Winton Hill Business Center located in Cincinnati, Ohio 3 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in video creation and editing.
  • Photography knowledge and/or experience leading photoshoots.
