Job Title: E-Discovery Project Coordinator Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Public Trust Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: None Type of Travel: None * * * The Opportunity: CACI is looking for a E-Discovery Coordinator who will oversee and manage complex eDiscovery matters from intake through production, ensuring all casework aligns with industry best practices and the EDRM lifecycle. The National Fraud Enforcement Division (FRD), established by the Department of Justice on April 7, 2026, is a new, centralized litigating division dedicated to investigating and prosecuting fraud against taxpayer-funded programs, including healthcare, tax, and benefits fraud. The Division unites several DOJ components to create a coordinated, whole-of-government approach to combat fraud. FRD's mission demands advanced technical capability, robust analytical support, and sophisticated data handling. Responsibilities: * Manage 8-10 large, complex eDiscovery cases per week from start to finish in accordance with the EDRM
* Ensure standardized eDiscovery and litigation support procedures are consistently applied throughout each case
* Serve as the eDiscovery SME for assigned matters, advising attorneys on best practices and procedural approaches
* Gather attorney requirements and translate them into detailed work order tickets in case-tracking systems
* Oversee execution of all technical workflows including staging, culling, processing, and loading
* Train and assist attorneys with search strategies, review workflows, and platform usage (e.g., Relativity Server or RelOne)
* Run productions, prepare exhibits, and support analytics and AI-driven workflows
* Act as the primary technical representative for the matter, delivering or coordinating all required technical solutions
* Ensure all activities comply with directives for secure handling of sensitive documents
* Maintain organization, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced production environment
* Manage relationships with case teams, technical staff, and other stakeholders across complex projects Qualifications: Required: * Minimum 5 years of experience providing eDiscovery and litigation support on large, complex matters
* Thorough understanding of the EDRM, including collection, review, analytics, and production
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Detailed planning and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage deadlines under pressure
* Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and data sources
* Prior experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies
* Advanced experience planning eDiscovery strategies, minimizing client risk, and managing client expectations
* Proficiency across a wide range of eDiscovery and litigation support tools and technologies
* Ability to ensure compliance with all document-handling security directives
* Proven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate within a team environment Desired: * Undergraduate and graduate degrees, preferably in relevant fields
