Privacy Litigation Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a Privacy Litigation Associate to join a leading international law firm’s highly regarded Privacy Litigation Group. This is an opportunity for a mid-level litigator to work on some of the most significant and high-profile privacy, data security, and technology-related class actions and investigations in the country.

The firm is widely recognized for defending complex, high-stakes privacy disputes involving cutting-edge legal issues at the intersection of technology, consumer protection, and regulatory enforcement. Responsibilities
  • Defend clients in privacy and data security class actions, including data breach litigation
