JOB SUMMARY

Corvus Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented eDiscovery Project Coordinator to join our team. This position supports litigation, investigations, and compliance matters by managing the flow of electronically stored information (ESI) throughout the eDiscovery lifecycle at US Department of Justice (USDOJ). This role serves as an operational bridge between legal teams, project managers, technical specialists, and external stakeholders to ensure matters progress efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Coordinate custodial interviews, data mapping, and ESI collection activities. Work with technical teams or vendors to ensure proper ingestion, processing, and quality control of collected data. Support setup and maintenance of workspaces in tools like Relativity or similar platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Coordinate with hosting providers, forensic teams, and contract partners to ensure timely actions and resolve issues.

·       Assist with planning, tracking, and execution of eDiscovery tasks across multiple matters.

·       Coordinate custodial interviews, data mapping, and ESI collection activities.

·       Serve as a central point of contact for client updates and operational clarifications.

·       Provid subject matter expertise on EDRM phases and litigation support workflows.

·       Support setup and maintenance of workspaces in tools like Relativity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications include:

  • Must be able to work 2 days onsite each week in Washington DC
  • Must be a US Citizen and have ability to obtain Public Trust security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years’ experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex and large cases involving complex eDiscovery challenges. 
  • Must possess detailed planning and organizational skills and have a thorough understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
  • Prior knowledge and experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies
  •  Have strong written and verbal communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • RelativityOne Certification in relevant technical area
  • Understanding of legal terminology and processes
  • Experience with US Government contracts
