Job description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a School Psychologist, supporting students across three buildings in a dynamic educational setting near Edinburgh, IN. This onsite-only position spans the academic year from August 5, 2026, to May 19, 2027, with hours from Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM. As a valued member of the team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring students receive the support and guidance they need to thrive.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold a valid license to practice School Psychology in Indiana
  • Expertise in psychoeducational assessments and eligibility determination is highly valued
  • In-depth knowledge of special education law, compliance, and best practices
  • Skilled collaborator, able to communicate effectively with staff and families
  • Prior experience working within a school system is preferred

Core Responsibilities:

  • Complete approximately 70 special education evaluations annually
  • Offer professional support across three buildings, working closely with educators and administration
  • Engage in monthly team meetings and report to the district supervisor
  • Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to develop action plans tailored to student needs
