Strong PM with experience creating, managing and executing application development projects on legacy mainframe platformย 

Effectively manage and execute multiple projects or tracks/workstreams within the Legacy Claims Remediation program. Additionally, support regional go-live planning and execution.ย 

Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Claims/EDI Sub portfolio's project management capability through the development and improvement of processes and through sharing of best practices across the PM team.ย 

Define, develop and execute integrated project plans.ย 

Define and develop team structure and roles & responsibilities.ย 

Lead all phases of projects, from concept through deployment, including needs assessment, system requirements determination, TCO estimates, planning, scoping, scheduling, budgeting, development, testing, implementation, etcย 

Conduct business impact and cost/benefit analysis evaluations and recommend the appropriate course of action for assigned projects.ย 

Effectively communicate project status, recommend actions and determine priorities with the Business and IT stakeholders. Establish appropriate project control, processes, standards and procedures. Track internal and external vendor deliverables to ensure that they meet committed scope, schedule and budget.ย 

Positively influence project stakeholders, perform at a strategic and tactical/hands-on level, and provide communications and guidance to senior executives and sponsors regarding their role in ensuring the success of all assigned projects. Facilitate communications and interactions between functional groups, team members, strategic partners and vendors.
