Job description

Hyve Solutions is looking for a highly talented, detail-oriented, and motivated individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to project manage in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment. This position requires a balance of technical and business know-how and the ability to work closely on a day-to-day basis with Hyve's internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve Hyve's proprietary ERP system. Due to the fast-changing world of technology, and the customers that Hyve caters to, the candidate in this position must be ready to work in a high energy environment and possess latest technology proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Work with technical, process, and functional teams to convert internal and external user's EDI and ERP system requirements into system development sprints using Scrum & Waterfall methodologies
  • Develop and deploy programs that leverage information from data warehouses and provide visibility to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage the deployment of new EDI related IT tools
  • Oversee the design, plan, and development of client area applications and portals
  • Coordinate ERP development QA efforts and user sign off for assign transactions along with EDI map testing
  • Project prioritization and objective management to meet partner required milestones
  • Regularly test ERP infrastructure and deliver a vulnerability assessment and work with IT resources to address gaps in the ERP infrastructure
  • Manage large-scale projects as well as multiple smaller projects
  • Effectively analyze and translate business needs and requirements to internal IT resources
  • Prepares activity and progress reports for the team as directed by management
  • Tracks and reports development status (schedule, budget, milestones, metrics, key events, risks, and issues) to appropriate management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years related EDI technical or project management experience
  • Excellent understanding of manufacturing and OTC processes, terms, and related ANSI X12 and EDIFACT EDI transaction sets
  • Good understanding of EDI technology and process (connectivity, translation/mapping)
  • Experience working with various project execution methodologies like Agile, Scrum and Waterfall
  • Technical expertise with Atlassian tools Jira and Confluence
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Ability to interact and collaborate with internal and external technical teams
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to drive IT and EDI functional and technical resources
  • Experience supporting the management of an initiative from a concept through to a concrete deliverable applying specialist technical knowledge
  • Demonstrated verbal and written analytical/problem solving, communication, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to change the thinking, or gain acceptance, of others in sensitive situations
  • Deep exposure developing and creating project plans that display project milestones in accordance with SDLC and PMP governance guidelines
  • Advanced knowledge/experience with Microsoft Professional Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project
  • PMP and/or CSM certification preferred but not required
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Executive presence

Salary Range- $80,000-$110,000
