GGG companies provide strength in sourcing, insurance, finance, logistics, food safety and information technology, and supplies the needs of retailers, distributors, foodservice chains, hotels, cruise lines, and food manufacturers alike.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our 3rd Party Warehouse team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned warehouses, serving as the primary point of contact for warehouse partners, carriers, Supply Chain, and Customer Excellence. The Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and smooth operational execution across the warehouse network.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned warehouses.
  • Communicate with warehouses, carriers, customers, and internal teams through phone and email.
  • Monitor and enter warehouse receiving data from EDI and manual reports.
  • Record lot numbers, inventory transactions, and product information in accordance with company procedures.
  • Arrange outbound shipment releases and coordinate warehouse transfers.
  • Process bills of lading and related documents to support accurate inventory and billing records.
  • Maintain accurate warehouse records, documentation, and system information.
  • Research and resolve routine inventory and shipment issues.
  • Escalate service, inventory, or operational concerns when needed.
  • Prioritize daily workload and complete tasks in accordance with company procedures.

Qualifications:
  • 0 -3 years in international logistics, warehouse customer service and/or order processing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office ๏ฟฝ Basic Excel skills
  • Ability to prioritize (and reprioritize when necessary) tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Robust problem-solving skills are a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency in his or her work
  • Ability to work independently, yet also be a team player
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 plus bonus
Our company will be relocating to a new corporate headquarters in Madison, NJ in Q1 of 2027. Candidates should be comfortable with this upcoming change in location.
