About the Job 

The EDI Analyst is responsible for analyzing, implementing, and supporting electronic data interchange (EDI) processes and systems. They collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and accurate exchange of electronic business documents. The EDI Analyst also assists in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to EDI transactions and provides technical expertise to enhance EDI operations.

  • - Analyze and interpret EDI requirements and specifications provided by customers, trading partners, or internal teams.
  • - Develop, test, and implement EDI
  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions for EDI integration and data exchange.
  • - Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions, identify, and resolve issues, and perform root cause analysis to prevent future problems.

  • Qualifications & Skills

  • - 5+ years’ experience
  • - Strong understanding of business processes, supply chain operations, and ERP systems.
  • - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
  • - Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • - Work cross functionally and familiarity with Supply chain.
  • - Understanding of EDI guidelines.
  • - Ability to work effectively in a team environment, customer support environment and with all levels of the organization.
  • - Agile/Scrum experience is preferred.
  • - Experience with automotive, manufacturing or distribution companies a plus
