The EDI Integration Analyst is responsible for the design, development, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) integrations that enable the secure and accurate exchange of business transactions between Mizkan and its customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and other trading partners. This role partners with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and external partners to deliver scalable integration solutions that support critical business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related enterprise applications.

Work Location: Remote

Essential Functions:

  • Design, develop, test, andmaintainEDI maps, integrations, transaction sets, and related documentation.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound EDI transactions to ensure timely, accurate, and reliable data exchange with trading partners.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues, including transaction failures, data discrepancies, and communication errors.
  • Configure and maintain trading partner profiles, communication settings, and business process workflows.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and external trading partners to onboard new EDI connections and support ongoing integration requirements.
  • Support the integration of EDI solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other enterprise business applications.
  • Analyze existing EDI processes and recommend improvements that enhance system performance, operational efficiency, and data quality.
  • Develop and execute testing plans to validate EDI transactions, workflows, and integrations.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting activities using SQL and other tools to support troubleshooting, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with EDI standards and internal data governance requirements.
  • Provide technical support, user guidance, and training related to EDI processes and integrations.
  • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, implementation projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Perform regular reviews or audits to support data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with applicable EDI standards and requirements.
  • Perform other duties assigned that support the overall success of the team, department, or organization. This may includeparticipatingin cross-functional initiatives, contributing to process improvements, orassistingwith special projects as needed.

Education/Experience/Qualifications/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • 3+ years of experience with EDI implementation and maintenance, including integration development tools for EDI mapping and business process modeling.
  • 3+ years of experience with EDI communications, including Direct, VAN, AS2, FTP, SFTP, HTTPS, or similar protocols.
  • 3+ years of demonstrable EDI experience, preferably developing and supporting X12 maps such as 850, 855, 856, 810, 940, 943, 944, 945, 947, and related transaction sets.
  • Demonstrated EDI configuration experience, including partner profile setup and business process modeling.
  • Experience writing SQL queries.
  • Advanced experience with EDI inbound and outbound interface functionality and developing and supporting interfaces for different business processes.
  • Strong knowledge of ANSI X12 standards and EDI best practices.
  • Experience in a CPG or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Preferred or bonus experience: solid understanding of standard manufacturing business processes, including Order to Cash, Concept to Market, Procure to Pay, Pick to Ship, Plan to Production, and Post to Close; X++ development skills; Boomi EDI platform experience; andStaedeanISV Solution experience, formerlyToIncrease.

Physical Requirementsand Work Conditions:

  • Ability to remain seated at a workstation for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day).
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling office equipment.
  • Ability to view computer screens and read printed materials for prolonged periods.
  • Occasional standing, walking, and reaching within the office environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry office supplies or equipment weighing up to 10-15 lbs.
  • Adequate hearing and speech to communicate effectively in person and via phone/video.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 - $140,000
    • Note:Compensation is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
  • This role is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive Bonus
