NAME OF EMPLOYER:    Crown Equipment Corporation

POSITION TITLE:              SAP System Administrator

POSITION LOCATION:    44 S. Washington Street, New Bremen, OH 45869. Remote work is available for this position.

HOURS:                                 Full Time/40 hours

JOB DUTIES: Responsible for administration of Global SAP System including installation, configuring, patching, upgrading, performance, availability, stability and maintenance of overall system. Responsible for planning and coordination of change management processes required for support of the Global SAP systems. Responsible for ensuring system provisioning and maintenance that is consistent with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. This position reports to the Application Technology Manager. Install software. Maintain software currency by evaluating and applying patches and updates as appropriate. Develop SAP patch and upgrade strategy. Assist in managing and make recommendations for overall life cycle of application. Monitor and optimize system performance. Ensure system uptime and availability that meets business requirements. Analyze system and processes to identify possible efficiencies. Create documentation for areas such as user management, performance and system monitoring. Create flowcharts, document installation and Company unique operations. Integrate proactive monitoring of systems. Ensure that backup and restoration procedures have been established and tested. Research and evaluate new hardware and software. Perform on going self-study of job related issues. Conduct and/or attend both formal and informal computer training.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Engineering or related field of study and 5 years of experience in SAP Systems Administration, Technology Platform Analysis, Systems Engineering, or any combination thereof.

Applicants must have demonstrated experience with:

1) 3 years of experience with SAP system configuration and administration.

2) 3 years of experience with creating system documentation.

3) 3 years of experience with applying software patches.

4) 3 years of experience with optimizing system performance.

5) 2 years of experience with establishing monitoring of systems.

Any and all experience may be gained concurrently.
