Norway Dental PC is seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our welcoming dental clinic. This role involves delivering comprehensive oral care, educating patients on dental hygiene, and supporting our team to provide exceptional patient experiences focused on health and comfort.

Dental hygienist

Job Description

Perform dental cleanings, scaling, root planing, and thorough oral examinations.
Educate patients on effective oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Implement and uphold strict infection control protocols to ensure patient and staff safety.
Utilize Eaglesoft dental software for appointment scheduling, patient records, and treatment documentation.
Collaborate with dentists and team members to formulate personalized treatment plans.
Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene procedures and technologies.

Salary Range

Full-time $50 - $55 per hour

Shift & Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Requirements
  • General Dentistry
  • Licensed dental hygienist

Valid state license to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist.
Strong knowledge of oral anatomy and general dentistry principles.
Proficient communication skills to educate and engage patients effectively.
Excellent understanding of infection prevention protocols in healthcare settings.
Ability to work openly and cooperatively in a team-oriented environment.
