Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Onboard and Support Clients: Welcome new clients, walk them through policy setup, explain coverages, and verify billing or inspection needs.

Manage Policy Changes and Renewals: Assist clients with updates, review rate increases, and present options like bundling or deductible adjustments to save money.

Strengthen Client Relationships: Provide value with every interaction—ask for reviews, referrals, and uncover opportunities to cross-sell other products like life, Medicare, or business insurance.

Retention and Problem Solving: Help resolve cancellation concerns by comparing coverage options and identifying ways to retain clients through improved solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Requirements

Required: Active California Property Casualty License

Preferred: Previous insurance or customer service experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Tech-savvy and comfortable using Zoom, CRM tools, and texting platforms

Organized, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent client care
