Edenbrook of Oshkosh, a skilled nursing facility in the Eden Senior Care Network, is now hiring a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations!

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs therapy interventions utilizing standard therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient.
  • Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records.
  • Instruct patient's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
  • Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist license.
  • Experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
