Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document EDD requirements for development teams.
  • Support and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for EDDs prior to release.
  • Collaborate with technical contacts and clients to ensure all EDD requirements are accurately met.
  • Provide support for EDDs across various LIMS systems used in the USA.
  • Identify and escalate EDD-related issues, translating them into clear, actionable tasks.
  • Maintain clear, timely, and effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Populate and maintain CRM mappings as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • ERPIMS Certification required.
  • Completion of FUDSChem Training.
  • Strong knowledge of USA environmental reporting standards and regulations.
  • Experience working with LIMS systems and EDD workflows preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
