Job description

Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Clinical Research Nurse who will be responsible for overseeing the performance of research studies under the medical supervision of the Principal Investigator. The Clinical Research Nurse will conduct tasks independently, ensuring high-quality work and supporting complex study designs, including phases 1-3 interventional trial designs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the performance of the research study under the guidance of the Principal Investigator.
  • Coordination of patient care for clinical research protocols adhering to GCP, ICH/FDA guidelines.
  • Conduct protocol feasibility assessments and complete feasibility/site assessment questionnaires.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Responsible for adverse event reporting and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records for study-related materials.
  • Ensure regulatory and data integrity throughout the clinical study.
  • Develop and manage a study budget and ensure research billing compliance.

Qualifications
  • Minimum required understanding of protocol elements and clinical trials.
  • Ability to manage complex research study designs independently.

Skills
  • Technical skills including protocol comprehension and clinical trial processes.
  • Soft skills including strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR), clinical trial data entry systems (EDC), and Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) is preferred.
