You understand the policies , guidelines, and procedures required to ensure quality and cost control across a Navy major program office. This position is located in Navy Yard in Washington, DC. * 3+ years of experience delivering financial analysis and management
* Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Teams, Word, and Outlook
* Ability to create reports that reflect financial planning and execution
* Ability to identify financial risks early and collaborate across technical teams to develop solutions
* Secret clearance
* Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: * 5+ years of experience serving in the U.S. Navy
* Experience with Navy financial systems, such as the Program and Budget Information System (PBIS), Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), NAVSEA Enterprise Digital Capabilities (EDC), NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS), or NAVSEA Computer Optimized Batch Reconciliation Application (COBRA)
* Experience with program management of major ACAT programs
* Experience with the PPBE cycle
* Experience authoring and supporting logistics documents to support program milestones, including lifecycle sustainment plans, maintenance plans, and training plans
* Experience with the Navy Modernization Process ( NMP )
* Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills, to communicate financial insights effectively
* Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
* PMP or DAWIA PM Level II or III Certification or equivalent Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required.
