Registered Nurse - Ed Overflow (Boarders)

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a Registered Nurse - ED Overflow (Boarders) at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, TN.

This is a contract position (13 week contracts available with opportunity for long-term employment). Nights available. Assigned to care for patients who are admitted and waiting in the ED on bed availability, either in a designated area. Level I Trauma Center, top ranked hospital in Eastern TN, & a Magnet recognized hospital! Medical, Dental, Vision benefits offered. Housing stipends available.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
  • RN license in the state of Tennessee or Multi-State Compact License
  • At least 2 years' acute care experience (not ED), preferably in an academic level 1 trauma center
  • Active BLS
