Their role is crucial in managing side effects and educating patients and families about the treatment process.

What are the typical responsibilities of an ECT nurse during treatment sessions?

An ECT Nurse is responsible for preparing patients for electroconvulsive therapy, monitoring vital signs during the procedure, and assisting with sedation and recovery afterward.
