Senior Financial Advisor (Wyomissing Market)
**Territory Locations- Lebanon, Womelsdorf, South Heidelberg, Shillington, Wyomissing PA**
Lead, grow, and deepen an established book of business with M&T Bank. We're seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to manage and expand a large, mature portfolio in the Wyomissing market, supported by a strong, referral-driven ecosystem across Retail, Business Banking, and Wealth teams.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage and grow a sizeable book of high-value client relationships
  • Deliver sophisticated investment and insurance strategies aligned to client goals
  • Drive new business through referrals, centers of influence, and internal partnerships
  • Provide ongoing portfolio guidance, reviews, and proactive advice
  • Collaborate across the bank to deepen client relationships and uncover opportunities

What You Bring:
  • 7+ years of experience in financial advising, wealth management, or similar
  • Proven success managing and growing a large book of business
  • Strong consultative approach and ability to serve complex client needs
  • Established business development and relationship management skills

Education and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years' sales, sales administration, financial services, and/or retail banking experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 6 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 2 years' sales, sales administration, financial services, and/or retail banking experience
  • FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 or 66 licenses
  • Pertinent state Life/Variable Insurance (LAH) licenses
