Overview
Join a rapidly growing team at EcoShield Pest Solutions where your success is rewarded, your development is prioritized, and you help protect families and homes through industry leading pest solutions.
We're set to double in size this year by increasing marketing spend to drive lead flow. This extraordinary increase in inbound sales calls and digital leads is why we need more sales leaders.
The Inside Sales Supervisor plays a critical role in leading, developing, and supporting EcoShield's Inside Sales Specialists (ISSs). This leader ensures high-quality sales performance, drives team results, provides coaching and feedback via our structured leadership playbook, and reinforces EcoShield's mission to deliver exceptional customer experience while growing revenue. This position is on-site and reports to our Chandler, AZ location.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, and evaluate a team of approximately 12 Inside Sales Specialists to achieve performance KPIs.
  • Review and monitor sales calls to provide constructive feedback and strengthen communication and closing skills.
  • Foster a positive, high-energy team environment through regular one-on-ones, recognition, and ongoing support.
  • Train new hires and support continued professional development.

Performance Management
  • Monitor & drive individual and team KPIs.
  • Ensure team & team members meet or exceed goals

Sales Operations & Process Excellence
  • Oversee daily sales activities.
  • Ensure CRM accuracy, lead management compliance, and consistent follow-through on sales opportunities.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Support outbound campaigns and upsell initiatives.

Customer Experience
  • Model and enforce EcoShield's core values.
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensure customers receive clear expectations and accurate service information.
  • Collaborate with leadership on hiring needs.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience leading an inside sales team of 5 or more team members.
  • Track record of success in sales leadership.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Passion for sales as a craft.
  • Strong understanding of Inside Sales processes.

Pay and Benefits
  • Weekly Pay - get paid every Friday!
  • Competitive base salary paid weekly, plus monthly bonuses.
  • This role includes hourly/base pay plus commission opportunities, with average annual earnings ranging from $75,000-$85,000.
