About the Role:
Goodfellas Pest Control is looking for a motivated and dependable Pest Control Technician to join our team. This is your chance to build a rewarding career in the pest control industry while making a real difference for homeowners and businesses in the community. If you're a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in quality work, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and entry points
  • Apply pesticides, and other treatment solutions safely and effectively
  • Communicate findings and treatment recommendations clearly to customers
  • Accurately document invoices after completing service
  • Set and monitor traps, bait stations, and exclusion devices
  • Ensure compliance with all state, local, and company safety regulations
  • Maintaining cleanliness of interior and exterior of company vehicle
Requirements:
  • Prior pest control, extermination, or related field service experience preferred
  • Arizona Pest Control Applicator License (or ability to obtain one)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme Arizona heat
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage a daily route independently
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in tight or confined spaces
