Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with creativity in designing engaging marketing materials such as flyers, emails, and social media content.

Proficiency with office software, especially the Microsoft Office Suite, is required. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player, detail-oriented, and committed to improving the quality of life in Moreno Valley. MINIMUM AND DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS A typical way of obtaining the knowledge, skills and abilities outlined above is graduation from high school or G.E.D

equivalent; and be currently enrolled in a college Master's Degree level program. Individuals currently enrolled in a college Bachelor's Degree level program are encouraged to apply and will be considered.
