Job Summary
ATG is seeking a NEN Analyst to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Code 104. The selected candidate will provide analytical and technical support for Navy Enterprise Network (NEN) operations, assisting with network performance monitoring, incident analysis, reporting, compliance, and operational improvements while supporting enterprise information technology services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze NEN operational data, performance metrics, and service trends.
  • Support incident, problem, and change management activities.
  • Assist with monitoring network performance and identifying service improvements.
  • Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.
  • Coordinate with Government and contractor teams to resolve enterprise network issues.
  • Support documentation, configuration management, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain technical records, procedures, and operational documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Department of the Navy and DoD IT policies.
Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum seven (7) years of professional experience in operations research, analytical support, or enterprise IT analysis.
  • Current DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 5 investigation.
  • Experience supporting enterprise network operations and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • U.S. Citizenship.
Desired:
  • Experience supporting Navy Enterprise Network (NEN).
  • Experience supporting NAVSEA or Department of the Navy.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
