  • Consistently meet or exceed project fee goals and gross margin targets for projects exceeding 3 million dollars.
  • Achieve 95%+ accuracy in cost projections and financial forecasting.

Customer Satisfaction:

Project Execution:

Required Experience & Skills

  • Certifications (Preferred):ย OSHA 30, PMP, or equivalent.
  • Industry Exposure:ย Restoration, structural repair, waterproofing, or industrial/commercial projects.

Preferred Experience

  • Restoration or specialty repair background.
  • Strong vendor and subcontractor relationships across the Gulf Coast.
  • Proven success leading multi-trade teams on complex projects.
  • Familiarity with EOS systems (Scorecards, L10s, Rocks).
