Internship Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Intern who is fluent in both English and Chinese to support our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fund marketing, investment immigration, and U.S. real estate projects. Interns will assist in identifying marketing channels, promoting investment projects, and engaging with potential investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in market research to identify new business opportunities, investor channels, and partnerships.
  • Support fundraising and marketing efforts for investment projects, including real estate and immigration-based investments.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials, presentations, and reports to attract potential investors.
  • Conduct financial and economic analysis related to investment strategies and industry trends.
  • Assist in engaging with Chinese-speaking investors and partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Support social media, webinars, and other digital marketing campaigns to promote investment opportunities.
  • Provide general support in business development activities and investor relations.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and verbal).
  • Background in Marketing, Economics, Finance, or Business-related fields (Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing).
  • Basic understanding of the U.S. real estate market and investment principles.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market research.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling, real estate investment, or immigration programs is a plus.
