Title: Business Development Analyst
Location: Onsite, No Travel
Type: W2 or 1099
Reports to: SVP, Inside

**THIS POSITION IS ONSITE IN WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA - MONDAY TO FRIDAY **

Role Summary: As a Business Development Analyst, you will be accountable to identify, engage, and schedule qualified meetings with senior-level executives. This role is critical to our revenue engine and focuses exclusively on outbound prospecting and appointment setting for our sales leadership team. You should be confident speaking with C-suite and VP-level decision-makers; thrive on activity-based goals; and understand how to create interest -- not close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to target accounts

  • Identify and engage executive-level decision makers (CEO, CFO, COO, VP, Director)

  • Qualify prospects based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timing)

  • Secure and schedule high-quality meetings for account executives or sales leadership

  • Clearly articulate the company’s value proposition in a concise, compelling manner

  • Maintain accurate activity and meeting data within CRM systems

  • Follow structured call scripts while adapting to executive-level conversations

  • Consistently meet or exceed daily activity and monthly meeting targets

  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting
