Job description

Bob's Discount Furniture is seeking an experienced Senior eCommerce UAT Specialist to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives across MyBobs.com, the Bob's Mobile App, 3D Room Designer, and related systems. This hybrid role partners with Product, Development, UX, Marketing, Operations, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences through manual and automated testing, continuous process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid schedule with a minimum of two in-office days per week in Manchester, CT; qualified remote candidates will also be considered.

  • Strong written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and mentor junior team members

Physical Demands

This is primarily a sedentary office/hybrid position requiring prolonged computer use, frequent communication with team members, and the ability to occasionally attend meetings or training sessions on-site.

Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities:

$90,000 - $110,000
