About the Role

Stockmatic is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual eCommerce Manager to oversee and optimize our eCommerce operations. This role requires strong expertise in software platforms, marketplace integrations, and digital fulfillment processes. The eCommerce Manager will serve as the primary liaison between Stockmatic and its partners, ensuring seamless system management and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily eCommerce operations, including order processing, integrations, and system performance.
  • Oversee API and EDI connections with eCommerce platforms and marketplaces.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system or fulfillment issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate

order fulfillment.

  • Generate and analyze performance reports to identify trends and optimize processes.
  • Maintain effective communication with partners in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, logistics, or supply chain.
  • Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written).
  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, etc.) and

WMS/TMS software.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
